About Us

KDI helps clients meet the California Title 24 Administrative code and serves as their liason with the Division of State Architects (DSA), the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and city building officials on private sector, commercial projects. We focus primarily on projects in Solano, Contra Costa, and Alameda counties, where we have a strong working relationship with the authorities having jurisdiction over building construction.

KDI also provides construction quality management. By working closely with your Design Professionals, we strive to ensure that project plans and specifications are met. Our Pre-Bid Constructability review often dramatically decreases the potential for change orders.
